Validity of the sales contract, product and pricing information
These terms apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
Product prices are displayed next to the products. Delivery costs are added to the price and depend on the delivery method and buyer’s location. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Product information is provided directly next to each product.
Order placement
To place an order, add products to the cart, fill in the required fields, and choose a delivery method. The total amount will then be displayed and can be paid via bank link or other payment method.
Payments are processed via Estonian banks: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Coop Pank, Luminor.
Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS, acting as the payment intermediary. Payment is made in a secure environment outside the Online Store.
The contract enters into force once payment has been received. If the product is unavailable, the buyer will be informed and refunded within 14 days.
Delivery
Products are delivered to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland. Delivery costs are paid by the buyer. Delivery within Estonia usually takes 3–7 business days.
Delivery methods:
– SmartPost (Itella / SmartPosti)
– Local pickup (self-collection)
In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods (with legal exceptions).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.
The goods may only be used to the extent necessary to verify their nature and functioning.
Return costs are borne by the buyer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 14 days.
Warranty and claims
The seller is responsible for defects for up to 2 years. During the first 6 months, defects are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
The buyer must report defects within 2 months of discovery.
Marketing and data processing
Personal data is used only for order processing and delivery. Data may be shared with logistics and payment providers.
Marketing messages are sent only with customer consent.
Dispute resolution
Disputes are resolved via customer support or the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee.
