PL10 LED CONSTRUCTION has a narrow and flat design and is designed as a universal cable channel for aluminum profiles. The PL10 LED CONSTRUCTION profile is installed with aluminum profiles that are connected to independent linear LED lighting systems via a click system.
These independent linear LED lighting systems from GALAXY® profiles are equipped with matching LED strips as required and can be used
|general room lighting (direct or indirect LED lighting),
staging of LED decorative lighting,
atmospheric LED effect lighting or for
Object-friendly LED store, showcase/window light can be used.
In the hotel and catering sector, linear LED lights create an inviting and comfortable atmosphere for guests. In work areas, lobby, hallway and technical/equipment rooms, they provide sufficient light for workers to work safely and without accidents.

Easy and quick installation
The profile is connected to the PL10 LED CONSTRUCTION profile/cable universal channel using a click system. All cabling is professionally and securely stored in the PL10 LED CONSTRUCTION profile/cable universal channel.
The end caps intended for this are made of aluminum and are fixed with the included screws. The independent, free-hanging linear LED lighting system is installed with mounting springs (to be fixed inside the plasterboard) or with a corresponding cable suspension.
For demanding installation on sloping ceilings (ceiling canopy), in addition to cable suspension, an articulated gripper is also used.
Recommendation:
For excellent adhesion of the self-adhesive LED strips, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and degreasing the inside of the profile with an acetone cleaner.
Use in wet rooms and outdoor conditions
Use in wet rooms or outdoor conditions is possible only in closed form. Silicone, which is applied to the joints to seal, offers special protection against moisture and water. Absolute water resistance is achieved with LED profile systems by casting with Wepuran casting resin based on polyurethane resin (PUR).
Important:
When installing LED profile systems in wet rooms and outdoor conditions, it is essential to use only LED flexible strips with the corresponding protection class! GALAXY® profile linear LED outdoor lights meet these requirements as standard. We’re happy to help!
Assembly and special series production (OEM)
From the corresponding minimum purchase quantity, our standard range of LED profiles and plastic covers are made to measure or manufactured to customer specific length specifications up to a maximum total length of 6m per LED profile system.
On request, LED aluminum profiles from GALAXY® profiles can be made in all RAL colors (powder coating).
