Intelligent product design and unique product compatibility are the basis of future-oriented LED lighting concepts. LED profile systems of GALAXY\u00ae profiles are modular LED lighting solutions. The individual components of the system are assembled with little effort, quickly and easily, using the click system and being gentle on the assembled material.<\/p>\n
The PN4 LED CONSTRUCTION profile has a narrow design, is intended for LED flex strips with a width of up to 24mm and can be used universally indoors (together with the PL10 LED CONSTRUCTION profile and the universal cable channel, it can also be used as an independent LED pendant light with cable suspension or as an LED lamp attached with fastening springs). This aluminum profile can also be used for installation for a specific application.<\/p>\n
LED profile covers opal\/satin (light transmittance 65%) are made of shatter-resistant and flame-retardant polycarbonate (*flammability classification UL94 V-2) and create homogeneous LED lighting conditions with high light output utilization.<\/p>\n
This LED CONSTRUCTION profile can be equipped with four different plastic covers – flat, high, very high or round. In the case of a flat cover, the light shines in one direction, while in the case of a high, very high and round cover, the light from the LED strips shines in three directions (also sideways).<\/p>\n
The PN4 LED STRUCTURE profile has a large heat sink and can therefore be equipped with strong LED flex strips. The internal height (the distance between the LED chips and the cover) is coordinated for a continuous line of light – no light points! It can be used as room and object lighting as well as decorative and effect lighting.

Easy and quick installation
\nSelf-adhesive LED strips are inserted in the center along the LED profile groove, glued in place, connected with wires (plastic end caps with cable glands available) and connected to the LED lighting and control technology (LED transformer, LED sequencer, etc.). The LED profile can be connected directly to the support object or building structure (screwed or glued). The corresponding LED profile covers made of polycarbonate are then clicked on.<\/p>\n
Recommendation:
\nFor excellent adhesion of the self-adhesive LED strips, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and degreasing the inside of the profile with an acetone cleaner.<\/p>\n
Use in wet rooms and outdoors
\nUse in wet rooms or outdoor conditions is possible only in closed form. Silicone, which is applied to the joints to seal, offers special protection against moisture and water. Absolute water resistance is achieved with LED profile systems by casting with Wepuran casting resin based on polyurethane resin (PUR).<\/p>\n
Important:
\nWhen installing LED profile systems in wet rooms and outdoor conditions, it is essential to use only LED flexible strips with the corresponding protection class! GALAXY\u00ae profile linear LED outdoor lights meet these requirements as standard. We’re happy to help!<\/p>\n

\nFrom the corresponding minimum purchase quantity, our standard range of LED profiles and plastic covers are made to measure or manufactured to a customer-specific length specification up to a maximum total length of 6m per LED profile system.<\/p>\n
On request, LED aluminum profiles from GALAXY\u00ae profiles can be made in all RAL colors (powder coating).<\/p>\n
