\nHomogeneous light with modular LED lighting solutions from GALAXY\u00ae profiles<\/p>\n
Intelligent product design and unique product compatibility are the basis of future-oriented LED lighting concepts. LED profile systems of GALAXY\u00ae profiles are modular LED lighting solutions. The individual components of the system are assembled with little effort, quickly and easily, using the click system and being gentle on the assembled material.<\/p>\n
The PN8 LED SURFACE MOUNTED profile is supplied in standard equipment with a length of 200 cm and, on request, also in the colors black and white, which is made of high-quality aluminum (anodized) and is suitable for use as a SURFACE. – MOUNTED and RECESSED profile as well as designed independent linear profile Lighting system (with PL10 cable lock or mounting profile PL10.1 – with and without cable suspension).<\/p>\n
With a flat standard profile cover made of shatter-resistant and flame-retardant polycarbonate (flammability classification UL94 V-2 – opal\/satin – light transmission 65%), the ALU profile is completely covered on top and LED flexible strips with a maximum width of 16 mm can be glued in the form.<\/p>\n

If you use the new H2O cover (also made of polycarbonate and opal\/satin finish), in which the ALU cooling tape PN33 is inserted as the carrier of the LED flex strip, the maximum width of the LED strips is 13 mm. H2O end caps are made of silicone and are inserted into the profile like a side plug. It prevents the penetration of moisture and water. H2O end caps with cable entry must be sealed with silicone.<\/p>\n
Important NOTE.<\/p>\n
Use in wet rooms or outdoor conditions is possible only in closed form. Silicone, which is applied to the joints to seal, offers special protection against moisture and water. Absolute water resistance is achieved with LED profile systems by casting with Wepuran casting resin based on polyurethane resin (PUR).<\/p>\n
When choosing a flexible LED strip, pay attention to the protection class specified by the manufacturer (at least IP65).<\/p>\n
Recommendation<\/p>\n
For excellent adhesion of the self-adhesive LED strips, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and degreasing the inside of the profile with a cleaning agent – see accessories.<\/p>\n
Assembly and Standard Custom Made Products (OEM)<\/p>\n
From the corresponding minimum purchase quantity, our standard range of LED profiles and plastic covers are made to measure or manufactured to a customer-specific length specification up to a maximum total length of 6m per LED profile system.<\/p>\n
On request, LED aluminum profiles from GALAXY\u00ae profiles can be made in all RAL colors (powder coating).<\/p>\n
